The Craggy Range Luxury Vineyard Retreat is a truly enchanting place, perfect for senior people like myself. The beautiful decoration of the hotel's rooms and public areas gave the entire place a cozy and inviting ambiance. I especially loved the warm colors and the comfortable seating areas where I could relax and enjoy a good book or a glass of wine. The hotel's accessibility for seniors was outstanding, with wide hallways and ramps that made it easy for me to navigate around the property without any trouble. It was such a relief to know that the children working there were always ready to assist me whenever I needed help.
If I could ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for seniors, it would be to have more activities and amenities that cater specifically to our needs. Just a few more options for gentle exercise classes or soothing spa treatments would have been delightful.

The location of the hotel is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the Te Mata peak as a backdrop. the staff are professional and passionate about the Craggy Range story. the accommodation is spacious and comes with a well-equipped kitchen, perfect for families.
The degustation dinner at the restaurant did not meet our expectations in terms of presentation and food pairings.
